1. You're eating more calories.
Often, people who have problems losing weight and losing fat mass will have problems with the amount of calories they eat. If you are not managing to lose fat, make sure you are ingesting the right nutrients and calories in the right amount. The help of a nutritionist is critical in this process.
2. You are not ingesting enough protein

3. Lack of fiber ... in food

4. You're not training enough
One of the most important things you can do when you are trying to lose fat mass is to do physical exercise - strength training and cardio.
Contrary to what you might think, bodybuilding (strength training) is the type of workout that most contributes to burning fat mass and increasing the definition.
Already the cardio exercises are very important in the loss of visceral fat, a type of fat that accumulates in our organs.
