In any exercise we feel that reaching a certain point there is lack of energy and loss of fluids, namely by sweat production. This scenario increases when we practice intense exercise, either with weights or resistance. In these, energy reserves quickly deplete, there is loss of water and electrolytes which compromises the performance of an athlete.


ISOTEC ENDURANCE provides:


- carbohydrates with different glycemic indices for prolonged energy release, to restore glycogen levels and consequently to improve energy availability.


- mineral salts to replace electrolytes eliminated by sweat. The intake of mineral salts accelerates the rehydration process by increasing fluid retention and improves the restoration of plasma volume after exercise.
