The term detox is nowadays in vogue and associated with a healthy diet, elimination of toxins and weight loss and its objective is an improvement in health status and quality of life.
Adherence to this concept is increasing, especially by people suffering from overweight, bloating, fluid retention, allergies, chronic fatigue and athletes who compete for weight classes or who need to "dry".
After we've talked about the key steps to a good detox plan, in the last article, today we leave you a suggestion of a daily detox plan, to help you program your week better.
Example of a detox day:
Fasting:Detox Fit diluted in a glass of water with ½ lemon juice
Breakfast: Green juice (150ml cold green tea + 1 medium apple + 1 Kiwi + 1 handful of spinach + 1 thin slice of ginger + 1 tablespoon of golden flaxseed)

Lunch: Fish or lean meats + Vegetables / Salads (seasoned with a string of olive oil) + 1 Cup of ginger tea
1st Afternoon snack: ½ avocado with 1 teaspoon peanut butter and sprinkled with cinnamon
2nd Afternoon snack: 1 Egg scrambled with parsley + 1 Cup of tea herb prince
Dinner: Orange detox soup (pumpkin + carrot + onion + ginger + cayenne pepper + olive oil) + 0% fat and sugar gelatin
Hydration: 1.5L to 2L of water (you can add a drainer to enhance the elimination of toxins from the body).
You should follow this plan at most 3 days a week, since nutritionally is not a balanced diet for the day to day.
Although detox diets are perfect allies when there are overeating, the ideal is to maintain a balanced diet, correct hydration, eliminate sugars and saturated fats from food, as well as practice regular exercise.
Therefore, it is important to use a consultation with a nutritionist to prescribe a meal plan and supplementation. Schedule your free counseling now!
