Multibanco (only available in Portugal)

  • How to

    At the end of the order you will be able to choose the method of payment by reference Multibanco and will be presented the data necessary for you to pay for your order - entity, reference and value. These data are valid for only 2 days so it is very important that you make immediate payment to ensure a fast delivery.

    These are also included in the confirmation email so that we will send you the payment of your order in any ATM or homebanking box using the option Payment of Purchases.

    If this does not occur within 2 days after the order is placed, ROCKSRINT reserves the right to cancel the order not guaranteeing the stock availability. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend that you make the payment immediately after placing your order.

Paypal

  • How to

    Payment by Paypal is fast and secure.


    If you do not have a paypal payment account yet you can do so at www.paypal.com or else only at the time of payment of your order.


    ROCKSPRINT does not keep any information or access data to your customers' paypal account. This information is held outside of the ROCKSPRINT store under high standards of privacy and security.


    Paypal is a payment service used throughout the world.

Credit cards

  • How to

    You can make the payment, securely, through Visa or Mastercard credit cards.


    For security reasons all payments are subject to prior validation in order to detect illegal situations. All activities considered to be illegal shall be reported immediately to the competent authorities.


    Only credit cards associated with the 3D Secure security protocol are accepted. To find out if your credit card supports this security protocol, please contact your bank or the entity responsible for your credit card.


    At the end of the order, you will be redirected to a payment platform outside of ROCKSPRINT where you will have to enter the details of your credit card, namely the card number, name on the card, expiration date and CSV number (located on the back of the card). This step is performed in a secure environment that guarantees the privacy and security of the CLIENT payment data.


    ROCKSPRINT does not have access to or save payment information by credit card.


    In case of an error in the payment you will be informed immediately through an information on the screen. If this happens we recommend that you try a second time. If the same error occurs again, you should contact your bank or credit card authority.


Pay on delievery person (available only in Portugal and Spain)

  • How to

    This payment option has an additional cost of 1.5Euros and is only available in Portugal and Spain.


    If you do not want to opt for an automatic and secure payment method such as ATM, paypal or credit card, CLIENT you can request that your order be sent to the billing. Orders sent to the collection are limited to a maximum of 200 €.


    When you receive the order you can make the payment in cash or by debit card (ATM for example) (no checks are accepted). Payment must be made to the carrier that delivered the order. We recommend that you use a debit card. If you choose to pay in cash, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right amount. The carrier will not have change available.


    If you have a registered history of orders not received by ROCKSPRINT reserves the right to cancel the respective order. You will be notified by email. You can make a new order by choosing another method of payment.
