How to order
Simple and easy
Placing orders in ROCKSPRINT is very simple fast and safe. We work permanently so that you can quickly and very intuitively find your favorite products, buy, pay securely and receive them comfortably at the address you have chosen. Just follow these steps:
1. Find the products you are looking for through the navigation or search fields
2. See all product features. We offer a lot of information so that you find the best product for your purpose.
3. Choose the quantity and the flavors (when applicable) and click the "Add to Cart" or "Buy"
4. You can continue shopping or see what you have in the cart as well as the respective shipping costs. You can make any changes you want. When everything is as you want click the "Finish" button and follow this steps:
1. Summary: here you can confirm your order
2. Identification and mode of payment: here you will enter your data and the address of delivery of your order and how you intend to pay
3. Print receipt: you can print and save the proof of your order.
Confirmation Email: After the payment you will receive an email confirming the order and the respective payment.

Order tracking: from this moment you can follow the processing of your order by accessing your reserved area of the online store . We will also send you some emails informing about the mainevolutions until you receive the order. ROCKSPRINT reserves the right to cancel or not process an order in any of the following situations:
1. Billing or delivery information is incorrect
2. Product is no longer in stock
3. The order is flagged as susceptible to fraud by our payment validation services
4. The Multibanco payment (Portugal) did not occur within 3 days after issuance of the entity / reference
5. Identify repeated orders, with delivery to the collection, of the same customer, with a history of orders not received
6. There was an error in the prices visible in the store
